Nine times out of ten, if something's not right we'll simply sort it — no drama, no hoops. We're a small team of actual football fans, and a happy customer who comes back beats winning an argument over a fiver every single time. Drop us a line and we'll make it right.

If something's wrong, we'll fix it

Got the wrong kit, a sizing mix-up, or a shirt that turned up looking sorry for itself? Just tell us. In the vast majority of cases we'll rectify it straight away with one of these:

A replacement — we'll get the right kit out to you, postage on us.
A full refund — back to your original payment method, including what you paid for delivery.
A partial refund or a little something off your next rescue — if you'd rather keep the shirt and we've got the balance to make up.

Whichever works best for you — we'll usually just say yes.

The honest bit

Our kits are rescued overstock sold at rock-bottom prices, so we can't run free no-questions-asked returns for a simple change of mind or a guessed size. Please check the size before you order — current listings are size M. That said, if you're genuinely stuck, still get in touch: we'd rather find a solution than leave you unhappy.

How to reach us

Email hello@jerseyking.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We'll confirm the return within 2 working days.

Send the item back to the address we provide — we'll cover postage for faulty/wrong items.

Refund issued within 5 working days of receiving the return.
