Welcome to Jersey King. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of any products from us. By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully and save or print a copy for your records. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the site.
Jersey King ("we", "us", "our") is a trading name operating from England, United Kingdom. We rescue surplus, overstock and end-of-line football shirts that would otherwise head to landfill, and resell them at low fixed prices. You can contact us at any time at hello@jerseyking.co.uk.
By placing an order you confirm that:
We take care to describe and photograph every kit accurately. All shirts are brand new with tags unless a listing states otherwise. Because our stock is rescued in small, one-off batches:
We source kits in bulk through overstock and clearance channels. We do not provide brand verification, certificates of authenticity, or any guarantee of official origin, and we make no representation that any item is officially licensed. Kits are sold for wearing, gifting and saving shirts from waste — not as certified collectibles or investment items. All club names, crests, sponsor marks and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners; Jersey King is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football club, league or brand.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, include VAT. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover a genuine pricing error we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to reorder at the correct price or receive a full refund. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed.
Your order is an offer to buy. After checkout you will receive an automated acknowledgement email — this confirms we have received your order but does not form a contract. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the item(s) to you. If we are unable to fulfil your order (for example, an item has sold out), we will notify you and refund any payment taken in full.
Payment is taken at the time of checkout. Card and wallet payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your full card details on our servers. By paying you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge the total order amount. If a payment is declined or subsequently reversed, we may cancel the order.
We dispatch from England and aim to send orders promptly. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are guides, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or significantly delayed in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right.
If something is wrong with your order we will almost always sort it — by replacement, refund or another fair resolution. Because items are steeply discounted rescued stock, our returns policy has some limits (for example on change-of-mind returns). Full details, including how to contact us and expected timescales, are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, placing fraudulent or automated bulk orders, scraping content, or infringing our or others' intellectual property. We may refuse service, cancel orders or restrict access where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
The Jersey King name, logo, site design, text and original graphics are our property or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Third-party trademarks shown on rescued products remain the property of their respective owners.
Our products are sold for ordinary personal use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, and your rights. By ordering you consent to that processing.
We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier or carrier failure, strikes, extreme weather, or interruptions to power or communications.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
